I wish to thank you.
I wish to thank you all for the wonderful house that you built for us recently. The house is perfect and all that I hoped it would be. It has a great number of windows that enable us to view our large yard, pond and the wild animals. It is so well insulated that the heating costs have dropped significantly even when we had the severe below freezing temperatures last month.

I have never built a house before and of course, heard all of the "horror" stories about the problems other have had building a house. However, I never experienced any problems during the three months of building due to the support your staff provided. From the very first, they helped me pick out a design, established a start and end date (which you met) and assisted me in the decisions that needed to be made. The extra touches you all provided were exceptional (ie: Ways to improve the yard, color and decorating assistance, etc.).
I feel that you all went way above and beyond your responsibilities in building this house for us and I truly appreciate it. I feel you all did such an outstanding job that I plan to recommended your services to every one.
